Kundalini Activation (KA) & Transformational Energy Healing is an extremely powerful & transformational energy transmission that gently activates the kundalini energy in the body. This is your own Life Force Energy. Once activated, your own body begins a Self Healing process. One, or a few sessions, may be needed to activate a full Kundalini Awakening which is a beautiful Purification Process of our soul that helps us not only heal, but also further expands us into deeper peace, love, joy, & our mission & purpose. 

This transmission & experience is transcendental & individualized to meet you where you are during any session. No 2 sessions are the same. 

Many agree that it's a "hard to explain, but must be experienced" type of experience as your own Higher Self & energy meet you where you are to give you exactly the healing you need at that time. You may be shown to go deeper into feeling & releasing suppressed emotions or stored tension & trauma, to resolving inner child or ancestral wounds & energies, to receiving clarity, peace & insight, & so much more. 

During this experience, a participant need only lay down on a mat & be open & willing to receive the energy & activation while listening to a custom curated playlist. It doesn't require any effort, just presence & openness to receive. I then activate the Kundalini energy while providing Transformational Energy Healing work which helps a Client go deeper into their experience. Alongside activating Kundalini, dormant DNA, & providing Transformational Energy Healing, I often channel custom Light Language, messages, or affirmations that are specific to that Client. 

Once the kundalini energy is activated, an individual may experience various things. The experience usually deepens as you do more sessions & deepen the connection to yourself. Activated kundalini energy tries to make its way up & down your entire body as it does a chakra sweep, clearing out stuck emotions, energies, ancestral energies, & traumas, in order to allow in more light. Once the energy centers are more open & fluid the kundalini energy begins to flow more smoothly up & down through the body & energetic fields. Again, this can take multiple sessions for the energy to make a full sweep, but the more sessions you do, the deeper you go inwards & the more profound experiences you have in your life as you continue to expand in consciousness. 

Things an individual may experience during a session are light tingles & sensations, warmth &/or cold moving up & down the spine, emotional cathartic type releases, somatic releases, seeing colors associated with the chakras, having visions of your future self, past life experiences, ancestors, etc, receiving messages & guidance, clarity, & strengthening an inner knowing, feeling or seeing guides, deceased loved ones, or ancestors present, &/or so much more. There is a profound shift in consciousness, rewiring of the brain structure & central nervous system that occurs with continued sessions.

The energy continues to impact you in a positive way even after these sessions. Many have reported great shifts in their lives after these sessions such as having a higher perspective, higher state of consciousness, clarity, more peace, more self awareness & taking more conscious actions, letting go of old unhealthy habits & even people or situations that were draining the physical body & soul, having more capacity to withstand life's challenges & tapping into clarity about a situation much sooner, breaking loops & cycles, making new choices, & more. 

Many have experienced HUGE breakthroughs in career, love, lineage energies & their personal life overall. For example, two Clients broke the cycle of suicide & illness in their families. One Client even rekindled her relationship with her daughter - both were suffering mentally, physically, & emotionally & the daughter was suicidal. They now have an incredible, love-filled bond & have been traveling together. Many Clients tend to find themselves in career changes & as they integrate the kundalini energy, they have huge breakthroughs in their careers & finances as well. For example, one Client had made a career transition & was struggling financially. After continuous work together, she broke through that hurdle & started closing escrows as a real estate agent almost back to back! She also entered into the healthiest loving relationship she had ever experienced, & deepened her loving relationship with her parents. I can work on both children & adults but parents must always be present for any energy work done on a child.
