Everything is energy. Energy cannot be eliminated but it can be transformed to a different form. Think darkness to light, frustration and anxiety to peace, anger to love.  We often carry stagnant, dense energy such as frustration, fear, stress, anxiety, and more, within our beings, sometimes without fully realizing it. If we don’t process or transform these energies then we will often find ourselves physically, mentally, or emotionally ill.

The practice of sound healing helps facilitate this process of transmutation to achieve well-being. The frequencies that emanate from these instruments are high vibrational frequencies that travel through a person’s cells and energy field and helps release trapped, dense and stagnant energy. For this reason, each individual may experience a sound bath differently as this process of release and transmutation occurs.

Nonetheless, after a sound bath an individual often feels a deep peace and like they have a “clean slate” to work from.

During a sound bath, a person lays down in a group setting while I play 7 Chakra Quartz Singing Bowls and a Quartz Singing Pyramid. These instruments emit high vibrational hertz frequencies which go through an individual's physical, cellular, and energetic fields to help transmute dense energies and harmonize the body.
