During a clearing I connect to my Higher Self, your Higher Self, and spirit/source energy. Spirit and your soul do the clearing and apply the downloads & activations. Spirit may delegate to others (i.e. your spirit team such as your angels) where needed. Your soul will only allow that which is ready to be cleared at any given moment. I do sometimes channel messages which spirit/your Higher Self/spirit team want me to communicate. They often offer tips you can incorporate into your life to better help you with your situation. 

The "best" time would be when you feel out of alignment, such as when you are in crisis, stagnant, emotionally disregulated, distraught, foggy brained, etc as these Clearings help clear the fog and bring you back to the present moment so that you can feel good again and go on with your life. 

There is also the more targeted approach where a Client has an intention they would like to focus on and want to clear any blocks surrounding that intention. A reminder that your soul will only allow programs to be cleared that it deems appropriate for that time. This is where the concept of "divine timing" comes into play. The sessions are through zoom (unless you prefer a phone call instead) and generally last from 35-45 minutes. However, sometimes spirit will not finish the clearing within that time frame, so please give yourself about an hour just in case the session goes longer than expected. 

I often channel relevant messages. Spirit loves to give tips! Feel free to have a pen and journal handy to take some notes during our session. Or if you prefer to just relax, you can do that too! This is your session. Clients generally sit or lay down during sessions. 

We cannot control an outcome since your soul/ Higher Self, and not your ego, are in control. Therefore, although you may want a specific result or outcome, if it is not in alignment, then your soul/Higher Self will not bring that to fruition. Your soul/ Higher Self will always know what you need at any given time. However, IF a desired result is in alignment with what your soul/Higher Self wants for you, then clearings can help to clear the blocks to manifesting those results. Although a particular clearing may take up to a few days for the body to integrate, any actual results that are in alignment will be manifested in divine timing. For example, if the goal is to feel better, that desire may be manifested right away. Or you can purge a bit before feeling better. See "What can I expect to feel during and after a Clearing" for more on this. In any event, the deeper the program, or karmic shedding, the longer the results may take to manifest.

Reminder that this is if that desired result is in alignment with your soul. If it is not in alignment with your soul, a clearing will nonetheless help you shift towards what IS in alignment, assuming there are no other blocks such as unwillingness to change or extreme attachment to an issue/situation. 

Everyone is different. Sometimes Clients will feel the energetic shifts or have "aha" moments during a session. I sometimes feel a Client's energetic blockages as they manifest in the physical body and will communicate this to the Client. This usually clears for both once the clearing has been completed. Sometimes Clients "feel" or "see" a shift right away, sometimes it takes a bit of time but by that time, they feel good and forget they had gotten a Clearing to begin with (lol which is good news because this means the Client is feeling/doing better). Sometimes Clients will "purge" before they feel better, aka a "healing crisis". This tends to happen if you have never done energy work, are clearing deep programs that have never been dealt with, or are deep programs/wounds that have been dealt with but are being healed in layers. During a healing crisis, a Client may feel worse before they feel better. The program you're trying to clear may be felt more harshly, before it is cleared. This is because deep work is being done to clear that program. In any event, if this is happening it is important to trust and know that your soul/ Higher Self knew you could handle this and is why you are healing in that way.  It can take up to a few days to integrate. However, the healing continues after the session even past those few days of integration. 

Clearings go beyond that what meets the eye. Essentially, we are clearing from the Akashic Records which is your soul's book of life. Energetic blocks from the mental, physical, spiritual and emotional body from this lifetime, past lives, parallel lives, and even future lives can be cleared. Clearings can reach the subconscious and conscious level and further beyond that such as the etheric bodies. They can reach all bodies, all minds, all layers, all levels. I use the word "can" because it all depends what your soul wants to be cleared during a session. We cannot clear every program in one session. That would be impossible. Therefore, your soul/Higher Self knows what is ready to be cleared during each session. These clearings are in essence a type of "spiritual/psychic surgery" that goes beyond what we can consciously see or feel. A clearing will never set you "back". It will only propel you forward. In a "worst" case scenario it will do nothing if, through your free will, you truly don't want to heal. See below on "Can anything prevent a Clearing(s) from working".

It depends what your goal is. If it is to feel good after a moment of crisis, then yes. If your goal is to work on something deeper then no. Does one go to the gym 3 times and expect to have a six-pack? Does one go to the chiropractor one time and expect their back to be healed after a car accident or multiple physical traumas they experienced? Does one go to therapy and expect to heal their childhood trauma in one session? 

Clearings are similar. Healing is done in layers and is not linear. If you wish to work on a specific issue then, depending how deep the issue is, the more Clearings needed. If you agree with the concept of reincarnation then you can only imagine the various lifetimes we have reincarnated on earth, failed to learn certain lessons on earth school, and then reincarnated back again to master that lesson but failed yet again or advanced slightly but still didn't fully master the lesson. Then what should've been a simple lesson to learn has become a harmful belief system which has become imprinted in our being from one incarnation to the next. Or the various times we have subconsciously, or consciously, lived our lives out of alignment, had the same belief systems, or had the same practice of hurting ourselves or others. These programs cannot be cleared in one clearing. The approach to tackling a deep rooted issue would truly take trust; trust in divine timing, and trust in the process. For example, we cannot completely wipe out your karmic lessons with Clearings! Wow, that would be nice... However, Clearings can reduce some of that karmic load, and allow us to better understand the lessons, see the situation from a different perspective so we can then master that lesson once and for all with more grace so that we can stop looping and repeating that lesson. When you approach Clearings with this mindset  and trusting that all which is in alignment will manifest in divine timing,  you will benefit more from them.

We cannot wipe out all your karmic lessons with Clearings. That's now how energy work, works. However, we can, if your soul/Higher Self agrees to: reduce the karmic "load" by either (1) clearing those karmic contracts that can be cleared (not all), (2) stepping into an empowering state where you can now see the purpose behind a situation, face it, learn, and leave it with grace. Clearings can help facilitate the learning process so that you can "see" the lessons and work through them. They also help so you can understand the meaning behind the situations and be more accepting and trusting so that you can work through them with grace. All of this will in turn help you step out of repetitive looping cycles that keep you stagnant, and which keep you accumulating karma. "Hurt" people, hurt people; whether you hurt yourself or another. If you don't learn a specific lesson and continue to act the same way from a place of pain, then unfortunately, you will likely continue to also accumulate karma. Hopefully, by now you can see that the goal is to clear karma, along with other unbeneficial programs, rather than accumulate. As to how Clearings can help when it comes to this topic, take this example: if you're driving from point A and need to get to point B, you still need to do so, no one is going to fly you over to point B. However, wouldn't it be better to get to point B without fog on the road, traffic, road rage,  a phone with no signal when you need to make a call, and your car breaking down? Clearings help remove those "blocks", up to what your soul allows, so that you can get to point B without all those inconveniences, and in real life, what can be very very painful situations and lessons. 

Yes.  Generally speaking, Clearings can only propel you forward, the exception being, free will. We all have free will. If you are truly unwilling to heal or make a shift, this can create a block. I can always try to clear that specific block, but in reality, you have to want healing for yourself, then spirit will handle the rest and help you. In any event, a Clearing will never set you "back". 

Extreme attachment to an issue/situation may also prevent a Clearing from working. This also goes along the lines of being unwilling to heal. I can, again, try and clear blocks to this huge block, but in the end, if you are too far attached to a situation and truly don't want to heal, then it will be difficult for spirit to work its magic. You may need to work through whatever lesson that may be until you are ready to choose to heal, before we can work together. If this is the case, you may not truly be ready to begin working with me as a healer at this time, but may be called to do so in the future.
